Uppsala

Uppsala, a big city in Uppland, and the residental city of Uppsala län. It is fameous to be a university city, the oldest university city in the all Nordic actually. Uppsala has a population of 128 000 citizens and there by is the 4:th largest city in Sweden after Stockholm, Göteborg, and Malmö.

Uppsala was once upon a time the capital city of Svithjod, and here was a temple, Uppsala Temple were the people went to worship the ancient Aesir gods. The temple however was burned down after the time Sweden became christian in the medieval time.

Uppsala is probably most fameous for the cathedral, Uppsala Domkyrka wich is very common seen in the skyline of the city.
